小さな鳥は、
静かな感覚を通して世界を知っていく。

光と影の間で、
彼女は立ち止まり、
これからの輪郭に、そっと耳を澄ます。

守られていた感覚は、
次第に形をほどき、
やがて、優しい距離へと変わっていく。
静止の中で均衡が育まれ、
確かさを急ぐ必要はない。

彼女はまだ飛ばない。
そこに焦りはなく、
あるのはただ、
自分自身を静かに認識する時間。


A little bird learning the world through quiet sensation.

Between light and shadow,
she pauses,
listening closely to the outline of who she is becoming.

What once felt protective slowly loosens its shape,
turning gently into distance.
Stillness teaches balance,
without asking for certainty.

She does not fly yet.
