まずはこだわりのインナーを。

基本のセットはユニクロのヒートテックのレギンスとBombasの靴下。のヒートテックシリーズは冬中欠かせないアイテムです。とても薄手で、重ね着向き。暖かい上に、着心地も良いです。またBombasの靴下も必需品。絵柄もまさにスキーにぴったりで、1ペア買うごとに、靴下を必要としている人たちに1ペアが寄付されます。つまり、快適さ手に入れつつ、社会貢献もできるっていいですね。

Start off with someuniqloheattech leggings and a pair ofBombassocks. Anything from Uniqlo’s heattech collection is a must have all winter long, the pieces are all thin, so they’re meant to be layered and they’re as effective as they are sleek. Socks from Bombas are a must, the patterns basically scream “take me skiing” and for every pair of socks purchased, a pair is donated to someone in need - so you’re basically choosing to be cozy for a good cause. 

防寒性を高めるためのフリース＆グローブ。

さらにパタゴニアのとても快適なフェアトレードのフリースとHestraの手袋を加え、熱をしっかり閉じ込めて。パタゴニアのフリースは山でも山以外でもついつい着続けてしまいます。このフリースを着ていると、まるでお気に入りの毛布にくるまっているように心地が良いのに、それでいて人から変な目で見られることがありません。Hestraは80年以上にわたって手袋を作り続けており、プロ御用達になっているのも納得。

Add the coziest Fair TradePatagoniafleece and a pair of gloves fromhestrato lock in the heat. You will live in the Patagonia fleece both on and off the mountain, it’s essentially like wearing your favorite blanket in public and it becoming socially acceptable. Hestra has been making gloves for over 80 years and there’s no wonder why they’re the go-to for most pros.

ノースフェイスの素晴らしいスキーウェアの上下を手に入れて。このウェアは厳しい環境にも耐えるように作られているため、びしょ濡れになることなく、スキー女子らしい見た目もキープ。さらに、手袋を掛けておくところがついていたり、スキーゴーグルを拭くための布巾が隠されていたり、何日も熱を閉じ込めることができたりするなど、細かなところまで機能に配慮して作り込まれています。ポケットもたくさんついているので、簡単にスマホを取り出すことができ、どんな時もすぐに写真を撮れるようになっています。スキー中にインスタグラムの写真を撮れないなんて、スキーをしてないのと同じですからね。

これらの全て組み合わせ、そしてスキー板と雪があるだけで、スキーの週末に向けての準備が整います。私はこうしてなんとか服装だけでも整えることができました。それに見合った実力があればなおよかったのですが….。
