「Melancholy（憂鬱）」
この作品は、私の幼少期の夏のメランコリーにインスパイアされたもの。
太陽の下で退屈し、庭で妹と遊んで、暑くなりすぎたらプールで水遊びをしていました。

そんな灼熱の太陽に強いられるスローライフや姉妹間の関係、思春期という繊細な時期について探究しています。


This is inspired by the melancholy of the summers of my childhood, being bored under the sun, hanging out with my sister in our garden and having a dip in the pool when getting too heated.

It explores the slow living that hot sun forces us, relation between sisters and that sensitive period that is adolescence.

Having grown up in South of France, her aesthetic draws on memories of the sun-bleached landscape of her own youth.
With the camera she explores her own idea of ‘modern beauty’ in women, depicting their strength and sensitivity in boldly colorful images.
