「Timeless Childhood（子どもの時間）」
ファッションウィークで毎回、デザイナーたちがまだあどけない洋服をランウェイに送り出しているのを目にします。
それはまるで自らの内なる子どもと繫がりを必要としているかのように。
はたまた、幼少期に満たされなかった空白の時間を表しているかのように思えます。

この写真作品シリーズでCathy Duは、自身の美しい娘たちに着せ替え遊びをさせて撮影をしています。
私も純粋に女の子に楽しんでほしい、子どもらしくいてほしいと願っています。
そのような喜びで満たすことで、後に空白を作らないようにしていくのです。

Every fashion week we see designers sending infantile clothes down the runway.
It’s like there is a need for people to connect with their inner child.
A void that wasn’t filled during our childhood.

In this photo series Cathy Du is taking pictures of her beautiful daughters as if they were playing dress up.
I genuinely wanted girls to have fun and be kids.
To fill them with joy of being a child so there is no void later.

現在は2つ目となるスタジオを設立中。
