＜boredpanda＞に寄稿しているオーストラリア在住のジェニファー・ボイルさんは、7年前に動物保護施設から黒猫のモリスを引き取ったそう。モリスを家に連れて帰ると、ジェニファーさんが以前から飼っていた馬のチャンピ―と、瞬く間に意気投合したのだとか！

＜デイリー・メール＞によると、チャンピ―はフレンドリーな性格で、モリスが家にやって来たときも、チャンピ―の方から彼に近づいて行ったそう。

最初はモリスを心配して様子を伺っていたというジェニファーさん。しかし、1週間もしないうちにモリスはチャンピ―の優しさに気付き、ジェニファーさんが“バス停”と呼んでいるパドックの柵の上からジャンプして、チャンピ―の背中に乗るようになったといいます。

ジェニファーさんはチャンピ―の他にも、保護された3頭の馬を飼っており、馬の群れの中では「チャンピ―がボス」とのこと。しかし、モリスとチャンピ―の関係性においては「モリスがボス」なのだそう（笑）。
